Officially opened in September 2016
We officially opened the largest international school Boarding Facility in Uganda in September, 2016 for children from 7 years old. We know that many parents in Uganda and further afield are interested in boarding schools in Uganda and East Africa. Therefore, we offer a purpose built, weekly or full-term boarding facility for boys and girls for students from 7 years and above.
Please note there are only 130 available places, therefore interested parents or guardians, kindly get in touch with us immediately through email email@example.com
Visit the school from Monday - Friday, 9AM to 4.30PM for a personalised tour of the Boarding Facilities!
Sending your child to boarding is a big decision. We're here to help you consider every aspect of their living and educational experience, helping you make the right choice for your child.
The two block unit (one for boys and one girls) will have capacity for over one hundred students ranging from aged 7 to 18.. The units will comprise study rooms, common rooms on each floor and sufficient capacity to ensure that the students’ personal needs are met. Bathrooms, laundry facilities will add to the provision and we will ensure that bedrooms, linen, curtains and general furniture will be of high quality. The units are overseen by a full time Boarding Director as well as additional support staff. Meals are taken in the main school’s dining facility. Security, health and safety and the general well-being of the students is our main priority.
Key to the success of the Boarding Facility will be in the way we manage students’ day-to-day experiences beyond the school day. Students naturally, have access to the school’s facilities during weekends including its academic facilities including the school libraries and ICT equipment. We ensure, however, that students make visits to places of educational interest as well as supporting other community groups during their spare time.
We want to ensure that the Boarding Facility is seen as both by parents and in particular the students as their second home.
